The sound anatomy of this work is mainly composed of a series of field recordings collected by me in 2011.
The sound recordings were taken through hidden microphones into Orthodox and Christian churches in different locations of Lithuania and Cantabria.

I highly recommend a deep and conscious listening with headphones for proper sound immersion. The good listener should encourage and find their own experiences, but I suggest that the first two listenings take place
in the following environments that I explain below.

Reserve the first listening. Choose a dark Cathedral or church that inspires you introspection. Do not hurry, this type of music is not a consumable. Put on the headphones, walk inside, rest your back on the cold stone
walls, smell the humidity of its corners... observe yours... once inside, you do not control your experience... let the sound landscape that I propose to you in this occasion inspires you ... observe yourself.

The second environment that I propose, is a place where you can isolate yourself... you could lie down with your eyes closed... that only the luminous movement of a candle can invade your vision. In the physical edition I give you a hand-made church incense to light it on this occasion... as a help in your travel.
